Submit your details and listing categories. Provide your NIN and your business or shop address so we can verify you.
Get Verified
A Sureby field officer confirms your identity (NIN) and location, usually within 24–48 hours.
List Your Products
Upload your products with clear photos, prices in SLL, and — for electronics — serial / IMEI numbers. Simple tools, no tech skills needed.
Start Selling
Your products go live. Buyers pay into escrow, you dispatch, and you’re paid within 24 hours of delivery being confirmed.

The buyer’s money is held safely by Sureby — it is not released to anyone yet, and the buyer cannot take it back on a whim.
You prepare & hand over
You’re notified that payment is secured. You package the item and hand it to the rider (or deliver it yourself).
Delivery is confirmed
The buyer confirms receipt with a one-time code. If they go silent, the order auto-confirms after 48 hours — you’re protected from buyers who stall.
You get paid
Immediately after confirmation, your funds — minus the commission — are sent to your mobile money wallet.
